We have added 4-ply paper valve sacks to the catalogue. They are designed for products that need maximum strength and moisture protection: cement, tile adhesive, plaster and self-levelling mixes, and goods that are stored for a long time or travel long distances.
What the sack is made of
- Ply 1 — white paper 70–80 g/m²: a smooth surface for bright logo printing.
- Ply 2 — brown kraft 65–70 g/m².
- Ply 3 — 0.06 mm polyethylene film: a barrier against moisture and condensation.
- Ply 4 — brown kraft 65–70 g/m².
When to choose 4 plies
If sacks are handled many times, stored in unheated warehouses or shipped in the rainy season, the film ply noticeably reduces the risk of the product getting damp and caking. For light fills and dry storage, 2 or 3 plies are still enough.
Prices and lead times
Sizes and quantities are the same as for 3-ply sacks; the price is $0.04 per sack higher at every quantity. Minimum order is 1,000 pcs, production takes 15–20 days after payment. Get an exact quote in the calculator.
